They offer training programs, seminars, trial aids and other resources for criminal and juvenile defense lawyers in the state of Oregon.
The OCDLA Capital Defenders is a resource for investigators, mitigation specialists, attorneys, and support staff who represent capital defendants in pre-trial, trial, appellate, and post-conviction litigation.
NAPPS is a Worldwide Organization of process servers that adhere to high ethical standards and are a collection of the most outstanding individuals in the profession. With a current process server membership of over 2,000, NAPPS is the largest non-profit organization of its kind in the world.
The Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators, Inc., was founded in 1983 and is the oldest and largest organization of licensed private investigators in the state of Oregon.
The Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (IACDL) is a non profit organization for criminal defense attorneys practicing in Idaho. IACDL works to improve the quality of criminal defense legal services by providing attorneys with training through continuing legal education (CLE) seminars. IACDL also influences the Idaho legislature on criminal justice issues on behalf of the organization.
